Are you an Internet wig retailer or a wig salon?
Both. The salon serves clients in the Rochester, NY area and has many client referrals from local hospitals, oncology centers, doctors' offices and hair salons. The Internet store (web site) serves many women with hair loss from around the U.S. and a number of different countries.

Do you accept returns on wigs?
Due to health laws, manufacturers' restrictions and the delicate nature of hair goods, generally not. There are exceptions for Internet sales - please read our Policies (see link at left) for a thorough answer to this question. No returns on wigs sold at the salon. No returns on custom pieces, as much time and effort is expended to assure the best possible result.

Why do you have a web store if you're not making money on the wig sales?
We get asked this a lot. (gee, this should go on the FAQ page) The best answer can be found in the words of this hymn:
Let your heart be broken for a world in need
Feed the mouths that hunger, soothe the wounds that bleed
Give the cup of water and the loaf of bread
Be the hands of Jesus, serving in his stead.
Here on earth, applying principles of love
Visible expression God still rules above
Living illustration of the Living Word
To the minds of all who've never seen and heard.
Blest to be a blessing, priveleged to care
Challenged by the need apparent everywhere
Where mankind is wanting, fill the vacant place
Be the means thru which the Lord reveals his grace.
Add to your believing deeds that prove it true
Knowing Christ as Savior, make Him Master too:
Follow in His footsteps, go where He has trod,
In the world's great trouble risk yourself for God.
Let your heart be tender and your vision clear
See mankind as God sees, serve Him far and near
Let you heart be broken by a brother's pain
Share your rich resources - give and give again.
