A private wig consultation usually takes about an hour and is by appointment only. Please feel free to bring along a family member or friend whose opinion about your hair you can trust. The $35 fee is applied toward your purchase. If a wig is ordered, a return appointment will be made during the consultation for about a week later. If selected from inventory, you'll leave with the wig at that time along with the accessories needed to maintain it. (A return appointment will be unnecessary.) Though not required to purchase an ordered wig, any wig that leaves the salon with you cannot be returned - this is an industry standard and there are no exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
